If for any reason a customer or client is not satisfied with our service, we will open a refund investigation and will treat each request for a refund on a claim by claim basis.  We are dedicated to making sure our clients and customers are satisfied with our work product, but cannot be responsible for the outcome of any claim settlement.

PAYMENTS:

Petty Details, LLC will accommodate billing arrangements on a case by case basis for bulk customers.  Individual assignments must be paid in full before our product is delivered.

LEGAL DISPUTES:

All customers of Petty Details, LLC agree to be bound by the terms in this disclaimer page in addition to any written contract between Petty Details, LLC and the customer.  Any legal dispute is to be governed by the Laws of the State of Texas, and any applicable overseeing law.  Suits will be brought before the courts in the County of Dallas, State of Texas.
